The Costa Rica Economic Development Corp. seeks real estate related investments in Costa Rica that will provide outstanding returns to its limited partner investors while at the same time improving the economic and social quality of the surrounding communities.

Strategy

The CREDC seeks out real estate related investments that will provide high yield returns while limiting risk factors by seeking opportunities in developing markets. The geographic position and climate of Costa Rica will allow for these markets to experience vast growth. These opportunities will be targeted utilizing our working relationships with local and national agencies to assist in the promotion and development of Costa Rica.

The CREDC will seek out through its Costa Rican work force less competitive situations, where it will be able to gain a strategic and competitive advantage. The CREDC will expand its involvement in real estate companies while also seeking out small to mid-size investments/acquisitions in order to create better returns and market position. The CREDC will be able to generate superior returns, through the timed release of inventory in an expanding market.

The company will utilize the foreign investment "friendly" environment set forth by the local government. The CREDC will make use of the Costa Rican Governments desire for foreign investment to expand its tourism and economy. With the benefit of no capital gains tax in Costa Rica the CREDC will be able to maximize returns on a short, mid, and long term basis. This strategy will allow the company to make financial decisions based on maximization of profits without a Costa Rican tax liability, increasing returns to its Limited Partners.
